I took this picture of my mom and her sisters one weekend. Their birthdays weren’t celebrated growing up. No cake, gifts or anything special. So that weekend they had a big celebration together, got the cake and balloons and noisemakers and threw a party for each other and themselves. It’s the only picture I have of that day but it speaks a thousand words. It wasn’t staged. They floated and laughed for hours. Telling jokes and sharing old stories. So grateful for these
